Francesca is a thorough and meticulous paralegal with extensive legal knowledge and experience in Mental Health Law. Francesca is dedicated to helping vulnerable service users contest their detention under the Mental Health Act 1983, preparing cases to be presented to the First Tier Tribunal and also representing clients interests at professional meetings such as Care Programme Approach Meetings.
